| Orders will be shipped via UPS ground, Fedex, DHL, or freight
truck when required. Our standard freight terms are freight prepaid and added
to your invoice. |

| Return Policy |
|

Returned goods must be accompanied by a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number assigned by our Customer Service Dept. Please call
(877) 846-5393 to obtain an RGA number. Please initiate returns within 45 days
of the date of the original invoice. A 25% restocking charge will result from
returns caused by customer error.
